When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimated at 10 to 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the carrier's availability and the destination. We have a fixed express shipping rate of £7.99 to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

Can I deliver to a different address than the billing address on my card?

Yes, it is possible.

Orders are shipped on regular business days, excluding public holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
